We propose solutions to optimize the control of buildings in terms of temperature and comfort. Our control solutions are based on building models that allow improving life cycle cost, operational costs, energy consumption and instruments condition.
We have developed libraries on Matlab/Simulink, Dymola and Modelica environments that are suitable for energy optimization inside buildings. Our competences in modeling, control systems and system engineering permit us to:
- Design control systems for buildings
- Calculate energy and power (used, cumulated and lost) and meeting comfort criteria
- Define complex models from preconfigured models and with a reduced number of elements
- Simulate dynamic scenarios taking into account different needs and building usages
